We do our best to ensure that all of our customers enjoy a pleasant shopping experience with b29 Fashion, however if you are not completely satisfied with your products, we will be pleased to offer you a refund, or e-gift voucher.

You are entitled to return if you contact us within 14 days of receipt. If 14 days have gone by since the day in which you receive your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please be aware that the return of shoes will not be accepted should they show signs of wear or not be returned in the original designer box. Please use our packing box when returning to avoid damage the product box. Do not apply any labels directly to the product box. Items handled in this manner will be rejected.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on; Lingerie, hosiery, swimwear and earrings. Should these items be returned to our warehouse, we can refuse to refund these returned products.

The clearance products, which the description on the product page clearly states that they cannot be returned.

We will need to know your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason for returning the items. Upon receipt of these details we will provide you the return address and all the necessary information you should know for the return. Once you have received our confirmation email you will have a further 7 days to return your items to us.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or our registered office address. Please return cancelled orders to the address specified by us via e-mail.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, PayPal or original method of payment.

Please note that we have 30 days to complete the refund payment, starting from the day we receive your return at our warehouse.

We will try our best to refund you within 30 days as soon as possible. In fact:
From the moment we receive the return at the warehouse, it usually takes five days to refund the credit card /PayPal account.
From the moment we receive the return at the warehouse, it usually takes 10 days to refund the bank account.

Please note that the freight you paid for the delivery of your order will not be refunded.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Unfortunately, due to the way we manage stock within our warehouse, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order. According to our return policy, you will receive a refund for the original product, excluding the shipping cost or any duties or taxes that were imposed when the order was dispatched to the recipient. 

If your purchase was partially paid for on e-gift voucher and a refund is payable to you, your e-gift voucher will be refunded up to the voucher’s original value, any outstanding balance owed after this will be refunded via the other payment method originally used for your purchase.

Cost of Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address specified by us via e-mail.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will need to obtain a proof of postage receipt.

If a returned item is being shipped internationally, please mark as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid us incurring any customs charges on receipt of your return.

If you want to return the order because we have sent the wrong size/product or because the product is damaged, we will pay for return shipment.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The products ordered by you will be at your risk until they have reached our warehouse, we do not accept responsibility for items damaged in transit. in the unfortunate situation they are ‘lost in transit’, it is your responsibility to make a claim with the courier you have used.
